      Sorry Ben – can you confirm? It is on the main Airmiles.ca website – maybe you are not a basic member.

    yes, it was airmiles.ca. i used the link you posted. as soon as i enter my member number and then move to the next field, i get the error. i don’t know what you mean by “basic member.”
